Because we work with different suppliers, delivery times will differ per brand. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carriers.

What are the shipping costs?

  • The standard shipping costs are Euro 6.95.
  • Large orders that must be transported via pallet amount to Euro 55.00.

How is my product packaged?

All our packages are packed with special care. We use sustainable packaging methods from renewable sources to create little waste. Our filling material is 100% natural and recyclable, made from vegetable starch, which provides the best protection for your products. The fiber pallets are pressed from waste wood. The green stretch and bubble wrap we use is 80% recyclable.

Although our most fragile items, such as terracotta and mirrors, are packed with special care, it is possible that some of the goods are damaged during transport. If you receive damaged items, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to guarantee a replacement.


What is the return policy?

As a customer you have a legal right to refuse product(s) in certain circumstances: damage, incomplete order, if so you must inform Buluh within 7 days of receipt of the goods and the intention and reason for this return indicate. Please add photos.

* Because we work with natural products, the colors may differ slightly from the original image. The products with bamboo/reed may differ in shape from the original image.

Once we have given you returns approval, you must return the item to us as soon as possible and within a maximum delay of 15 days.

My product is damaged, what should I do?

Send an email to our customer service via within 7 days of receipt. Please include your order number.

Send photos of the product so that we can immediately forward the complaint to the brand. We are committed to a suitable solution.

You will receive a response from our customer service within 1-3 working days, including the returns form.


How long does it take for the payment to be refunded?

We will refund the amount to the account used to pay for the order within 7 days.
